Frequently asked questions
Does the free plan require a credit card?
No. The Free plan starts without a card and has no time limit. You only add a payment method when you move to a paid plan.
What happens to billing if I change plans?
Upgrades apply immediately and we bill only the prorated difference for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We keep your data for 30 days, during which you can export products, orders and customers. After 30 days it is securely deleted.
How are customer payments settled?
Separately from your subscription. Customer payments settle directly to your account through the connected payment provider, and pairWIZ takes no additional commission.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes, from the Basic plan. We help with DNS setup and issuing the HTTPS certificate.
Can you issue tax invoices?
Yes. Enter your business details when applying and we issue an electronic tax invoice automatically on each billing date. Bank transfer is also supported.
